CO2, YAG and Diode lasers are commonly used to code, mark, etch, engrave, weld or cut components or products which are manufactured from a variety of materials. Hazardous fumes and dust are produced when the substrate, lacquer, paint or coating is marked or cut. Air purify systems not only ensure compliance with International Health and Safety Law but also deliver actual cost savings to the production process.

This quiet, brushless, oil-less air pump does well to assist most smaller CO2 laser engravers. The oil-less diaphragm eliminates damaging and harmful effects of moisture on the laser head optics. Also works to maintain optimal air pressure to blow away vaporized particles while preventing the machine from overheating.

LEASER FOCUING LENSES

We provide a standard two-inch focal length, low absorption ZnSe (Zinc Selenide) lenses on all our laser systems. Additional lens sizes from 1.5", 2", 3" and 4" focal lengths will help to improve high precision engraving or cut thicker material applications.
